Additional incidents include a fire appliance incident at Valley View Apartments in Syracuse, which was dispatched by the Syracuse Fire Department at approximately 10:48 AM. The Solvay Fire Department responded to a fume/odor investigation at Bishop Ludden Apartments on Fay Road in Geddes around 10:39 AM.
