**Warm and Breezy Conditions Continue Through the Week**

A warm and breezy air mass has settled over the region, bringing temperatures into the mid-70s to low 80s for much of the week. Today will see a slight chance of thunderstorms and rain showers throughout the day, with winds gusting up to 8 mph.

Today's high temperature is expected to reach 73°F (°F) by late morning, with a slight chance of precipitation throughout the day. Winds will be blowing at 7-8 mph out of the west-southwest. Later this evening, skies will remain partly cloudy, with temperatures dropping into the mid-60s.

Tomorrow will see more of the same warm and breezy conditions, with highs in the low 80s and a slight chance of thunderstorms and rain showers throughout the day. Winds will be blowing at 10-12 mph out of the west-southwest.
