Mid-70s, Scattered Showers Ahead

Temperatures will hold in the mid-70s this evening with scattered showers into the early overnight hours.

Skies remain mostly cloudy through the late afternoon and early evening, as temperatures gradually drop to around 67 degrees by sunset. A slight chance of rain develops by 3 p.m., with precipitation chances increasing steadily throughout the evening. Winds out of the west at about 7 miles per hour will be relatively steady.

By 9 p.m., a light drizzle has become more widespread, with rain now likely by midnight. Temperatures continue to drop, reaching around 57 degrees by 11 p.m. Overnight wind direction shifts slightly northward.

Showers are expected to linger into the late-night hours, though intensity may decrease. By morning, skies will begin clearing from west to east, paving the way for partly sunny conditions and warmer temperatures tomorrow.
