Skies remain mostly sunny today, June 3rd, with a high temperature of 82°F and a low of 68°F. Temperatures drop slightly overnight but are expected to rise again tomorrow.

The forecast for the rest of the week calls for increasing precipitation chances starting tomorrow night and continuing through Thursday. Today's winds will be moderate at around 6-7 mph out of the southwest, with gusts up to 10 mph possible during thunderstorms that move into the area later this evening.

Tomorrow is expected to be mostly cloudy with a high temperature near 83°F and a low of 66°F. There is a slight chance of showers in the afternoon, increasing to likely rain by the evening. Winds will shift to the northwest at around 6-7 mph.

Thursday's forecast calls for continued rain, with temperatures dropping throughout the day from near 80°F in the morning to around 65°F by evening. Winds will be moderate out of the north-northwest at around 5-10 mph. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon, but precipitation chances are expected to decrease by nightfall.

Friday's forecast shows a mix of sun and clouds, with temperatures rising from near 60°F in the morning to around 70°F by evening. Winds will be light out of the northwest at around 5-10 mph.

Over the weekend, there is a chance for rain showers on Saturday, but precipitation chances decrease by Sunday afternoon. Temperatures are expected to rise throughout the weekend, with highs reaching into the mid-70s and lows in the mid-50s.

A low-pressure system moves back into the area on Monday, bringing increased precipitation chances and cooler temperatures.
